Our Return Policy

You may return most unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please note:

  • The item must be in resalable condition
  • Original proof of purchase is required
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened personal care products (Bar Soap, Air Fresheners)
  • Used cleaning supplies (3M Cleaning Cloths & Sponges, 3Mâ„¢ Commercial Cellulose Sponge)
  • Products from opened multi-packs (Toilet Paper, Facial Tissue)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your return/exchange request. Use the template below for faster processing.
  2. Wait for Authorization: Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging if possible, including all accessories and documentation.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our warehouse at the address provided in your RMA email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund Timeframe: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
  • Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different product:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly indicate in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement product
  3. Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the replacement item

You will be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs for the new item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
